It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Estimates of calories, nutrients, body fat, recovery and training coverage are approximations. Consult a professional before changing your diet, fasting or training — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or had an eating disorder, or have any medical condition.

Data sources and licences

• Nutrient data: U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service. FoodData Central (SR Legacy), 2018. fdc.nal.usda.gov — public domain (CC0 1.0).
• Barcode and packaged-food data: Open Food Facts, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL); individual product contents under the Database Contents License.
• Nutrient targets: Dietary Reference Intakes, National Academies / NIH Office of Dietary Supplements; EPA + DHA reference intake from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
• Exercise summaries: some descriptions come from Wikipedia, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
• Training science: weekly-volume ranges, fractional counting of helper sets, recovery and training frequency follow published research, including Schoenfeld et al. 2016 and 2017, Baz-Valle et al. 2022, Pelland et al. 2024, Iversen et al. 2021, Bickel et al. 2011, MacDougall et al. 1995 and Morán-Navarro et al. 2017.
• AI: answers are generated with Claude by Anthropic.
